If Simply try to install any Windows in  a VMWare with the paravirtual SCSI controller behind the hard disk your are boot from Windows will not see any drivers avalible for install. However, Simply Delete (HARD DISK  SCSI)  then ADD (New HARD DISK IDE).

Let See How to Fix 

 Step 1: Remove Hard Disk(SCSI)

  

Step 2: Now Add Hard Disk(IDE)

Step 3: Now Allocate Space to Install Windows

 

 Step 4: Then Click OK to continue

 Step 5: Finally  click Finish Restart Virtual Machine and Check it
